Responsibilities
1) Oversee the completion of study deliverables
2) Work closely with CROs (both selection and management) to ensure contractual obligations are consistent with company expectations
3) Ensure that study timelines are on-track and take corrective actions as issues arise
4) Supervise/schedule clinical resources
Requirements
1) Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or RN
2) 8 years’ clinical experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
3) Minimum 5 years’ experience as CRA
4) Ability to select and manage vendors/contractors
5) Strong knowledge of FDA Regulations, GCPs and ICH guidelines
6) Proven supervisory and management skills
7) Excellent communication skills
8) Willingness to travel
Salary : $100K - $107K |
