General Managers (based in Qatar or Kuwait)
Major Functions / Responsibilities:
The General Manager is responsible for the P&L and the day to day management of the office. He should build and implement strategies for the business development of the interiors and exhibition businesses with the ultimate goal of maximizing profits and Client’s satisfaction. The role will also be responsible for the management of the projects in a timely and professional manner to meet the Client’s requirements and expectations. He should also maintain close contact with other global offices in Asia, US and Europe and work in collaboration with these offices as and when required. These are challenging positions which offer long term career opportunity within the group companies of our Client.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Master or degree in related discipline.
- Min 8 to 10 years of experience in similar capacity;
- Relevant Interiors and/or exhibition background is required;
- Experience in high end business development, project management and client servicing as well as team management is essential;
- Overseas exposure, particularly in the Middle East region will be highly regarded;
- Tactful and diplomatic with strong business acumen;
- Be able to work independently with a strong will to succeed;
