Food Quality Control Person required for this busy meat processing company. It’s an on-going Permanent Role. Part Time (3-4 days/week) fixed days. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Wacol area. Very happy work environment.
Person will not do the actual lab testing. Main tasks are documentation and updating of records; including HACCP documentation+Flow chart review, updating product specifications, writing new product specifications, helping with R&D documentation, QC records, general improvement in documentation and procedures. Some production work MAY BE part of the job. Some Lab. Testing MAY BE part of the job in the future.
Work experience in QC+ LAB+ some R&D work in Meat Processing industry would be just perfect. Candidates with QC and documentation experience from other industries will be considered as well and are very welcome to submit resumes.
