| Job Description: |
A qualified bakery/factory supervisor is required for a growing business in southside of Brisbane. Experience with products like cake, muffins, fairy cakes, sponges, scones, flavoured icings, imitation cream etc. would be ideal.
Duties include managing staff in your shift, taking care of production targets, taking care of machinery, problem solving and overall running of operations. Experience with batch ovens, commercial baking trays with trolley systems, straight through flow-wrap machine and mixing/batching systems would be ideal.
