A responsible and hard-working Storeman is required, ASAP, for this long established Confectionary and Snack-Food Wholesale Company. This is an autonomous role. Ability to Prioritize, work fast, handle paperwork and hard work are the key requirements. Forklift ticket is required.
You will:
• Receive & dispatch items with proper paperwork and record data manually and/or using computer.
• Move incoming and outgoing stock as required
• Store items in orderly, safe and accessible manner.
• Ensure good housekeeping.
• Communicate with office & staff regarding stock, deliveries etc
Warehouse experience is required ideally in FMCG. Honest and experienced storeman who wants stability in life will do well here. Hands-on experience in Food Wholesale warehouse would be just perfect.
The ideal candidate will be:
• Highly motivated and hard working
• Able to move incoming and outgoing stock quickly and properly
• Able to drive forklift well.
• Able to handle all warehouse related paperwork including computer data entry.
• Able to communicate well
• Able to demonstrate proven skills in moving items, stock control, housekeeping, organizing work and timely completion of work
