Sought After Role
This luxury residential builder is seeking a foreman with a desired 3 years in high-end developments experience to join their team.
With projects ranging in value up to around the $4M mark, and all very individual in terms of build, design & materials, they require a foreman who can think laterally & who is a natural problem solver, with a can do attitude. Further someone who is able to manage subcontractors simultaneously and work closely with the architects, therefore requiring a good understanding of architectural designs is essential.
Experience working on architect designed luxury builds is a must as these homes are very challenging yet highly rewarding. You will be required to develop good working relationships with clients, roster and supervise all staff, provide direction to subcontractors, ensure projects are running to schedule etc.
Further you need to have a good understanding of high end finishes and a good eye for detail
This role is immediately available and located in Eastern and North suburbs.
