Software Quality Assurance Engineer for Digital Video Technology
El Segundo/LAX, CA
Become part of a HOT media industry, digital video technology for the delivery of TV, interactive TV, video-on-demand content ... Join one of the leaders in this new media industry.
We are currently looking for technically focused, talented, quality conscious QA engineer who is passionate about his/her work and can work well with a team developing testing framework and structure to support our massive entertainment infrastructure.
Work closely with the development team to test and ensure the release of quality products, including developing, maintaining, and implementing test strategies, plans, procedures, and cases. In addition, perform load, regression, and functional testing while introducing and implementing improvements to streamline processes and procedures.
You must fit these requirements,
· Knowledge of fundamental programming concepts, software QA principles and methodologies
· 3 to 5 years of QA experience
· Experience writing test plans and test scripts
· Some experience with automated tools
· B.S. Computer Science or a similar field of studies
· Live in the Los Angeles Area
· Authorized to work in the US (visa transfer OK)
