| Job Description: |
Our British client is seeking to extend their market share throughout Europe commencing in the Netherlands.
They are involved in the engineering (in the U.K), manufacturing (in the U.S & China) & Sales (U.K, Scandinavia & mainland Europe) of Water Sprinkler Systems to registered Contractors.
To kick start our commercial & business operations we are seeking a seasoned but ambitious & fully energetic Sales professional to actively engage our list of specifically targeted client base within the Benelux & France regions. Initially this will be both a home based & mobile position with regular reporting to Head Office in the U.K and later on the set up of a Warehouse for operations. The Regional Sales Manager will be directly answerable to the General Manager in the U.K office
Job Profile
Proactively seek out & set up the processes of new commercial opportunities & channels
Increase Sales & Manage all relevant sales operations
Maintain strong relationships with all clients & partners
Maintain regular & structured reporting to Head Office in Britain
Strategically consider, create & manage best options for all initial, present & future business operations & concerns
Provide analysis and explanation of monthly and quarterly trends & anticipate change
Sell Directly to all levels within client base most notably Engineering professionals
Candidate Profile
Open to various educational backgrounds though an engineering one is a definite advantage
Seasoned individual with a direct selling background, ideally a Sales Engineer with a balanced ability to new business develop & manage existing accounts
Ambitious, commercially astute with a ‘can do’ attitude
Fluency in BOTH Dutch & English with French an advantage
Essentially a Self Starter with the ability to work remotely BUT able to communicate and operate as part of the overall company
Excellent communicator & visionary
Must have a demonstrable career record particularly affecting Sales.
Be willing & able to drive extensively when necessary
Benefits:
Fixed Salary 60K Base plus OTE + car + Expenses & benefits and Negotiable
