A dynamic, rapidly-growing due diligence consulting firm in Midtown New York is seeking a professional to perform property condition assessments for the real estate finance industry.
Successful candidates will have demonstrated an ability to travel to sites, conduct a thorough visual assessments and research. Write a variety of assessments, including Phase I Environmental site assessments, property condition, third-party reports and probable maximum loss assessment checklist. Knowledge of building systems and estimations are a must.

Skills Required:: |
Candidate needs to have at least 2 years experience conducting inspections and writing reports. A BA or BS degree, preferably in architecture or engineering discipline .Candidate must be a self starter and thrive in a quick paced multi-faceted environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite products and Adobe Acrobat.
