Bilingual Reservation Agents
Our client is one of the leading Car Rental Brokers selling into 16 different source markets (countries) throughout the world; operating in 19 different currencies and 12 different languages.
Rapid growth has created the need for new members of the Reservations team based in Manchester City Centre.
These varying language roles will be instrumental to the continued growth of the company within the Car Broker market.
The Reservation Agents Role:
· To take inbound calls in a designated language offering the customer the best possible level of service and commitment within the car hire industry.
· Make car reservations throughout the world.
· To ensure that every customer is dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
Personal Skills Attributes:
· Some prior sales experience is an advantage, but not a pre-requisite
· Excellent interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
· Willingness to learn and work within a multi-cultural and diverse environment
· A polite and friendly telephone manner
· Team player
· Ability to work individually on own initiative
· Some IT skills including excel/word knowledge
· Fluency in specific languages.
· Good grasp of the English language
