| Job Description: |
A post-sale model typically to support the sales agents on the aftermath of an order by customer.
As the order evolves into the different stages for processing, the CSS agent is responsible to ensure timely processing at every order stage ie: from a payment clearance to shipment.
CSS key roles are primarily as follows:
• Calling the customer to keep customer updated on his/her order status, at the end ensuring timely delivery. Both inbound and outbound call handling
• Interface with the backend (ie. the different functions) to keep abreast on the order flow to prevent slippage
• Interface with sales agents by providing status of customer communications in relation to a customer’s order
• CSS will manage all order stages including those with Credit Problem (with the exception of item [If]) and Order Problem
• CSS will advise the CDD (Customer Delivery Date) to customers
• CSS will log all calls into Siebel and follow-up within the next 24 hours
• Voicemail and feedback email from generic boxes responded within 3 hours upon received
• CCHS resolver. Ensure closure of CCHS in system within the TAT
• Language clarity and perseverance , with good poise and telephone etiquette
Requirements:
- Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in Business Administration or Sales or equivalent experience
- Professional English
- Broad knowledge of customer service, administration and database input
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Must possess Customer Service Experience & Skill set
Experience in one or more of the following:
- One or two years experience in Customer Service support job with basic administrative & clerical support for sales and in sales for advanced level role.
- Experience in contact centre environment is an advantage.
- Experience in maintaining strong working relationships and effective lines of communication with customers and internal teams
- Experience in answer to a wide-range of customer inquiries (non-standard solutions)
- Experience in customer inquiries requiring research (order status, product delivery and support issues)

Skills Required:: |
- Knowledge in IT Tools (database system; MS-Office and computer tools…)
- Basic knowledge of general administrative/clerical processes
- Knowledge of sales support processes (order tracking; quotations; configurations;product delivery & support)
