| Job Description: |
Our client is searching for a Head of Telemarketing to start up and run a new Telemarketing department
The role is to:
- To manage the daily operations of all the deposit/telemarketing teams in the various company sites.
- To organize the current telemarketing elements in the company into an established department with clear working protocols and goals
- To seek for new populations and introduce/convert them into real money members.
- To convert potential members to real money members, also, reactivation of sleeping accounts.
- maximise the value of the existing members via contacting them with special offers.(LTV /ARPU)
- Responsible for training the support in proactive approach (up sales). also to coordinate and define the offers.
- Responsible for the quality& quantity level of the telemarketing department (training, workshop, QA, telemarketing methods)
- Responsible for all outbound calls activities in the operation
- To serve as the telemarketing knowledge base in the group and suggest all possible positive ROI telemarketing projects, as well as identify where telemarketing could be used to boost existing activities.
Key Performance Indicators
-average life time value of members
-Number and percentage of converted members.
-increase in overall revenues from telemarketing related activities.
-approved deposit percentage and amount.
-increase the over all revenue from support activities.
Excellent written and spoken English -Essential.
Computer skills, especially in MS/Excel Office Programs
Knowledge and experience in Poker/Casino (online/offline) will be an advantage
You will have a minimum of 2 yrs Telemarketing Manager experience (minimum of 30 staff) and ideally a BA hons in business or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of telemarketing techniques (inbound / outbound ):
• Knowledgeable in motivation schemes
• Selling techniques Such as Overcoming resistance ,Up sale ,cross sell
• Building and implementation of the above processes.
• Ability to analyse and optimize telemarketing campaigns
• Outsourcing experience (telemarketing)
Salary is £27k - £35k with 30% bonus and medical cover and life assurance.
Hours of work: 40 hours in a week.
