Job Profile
The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Recruitment Manager with the following:
Schedule interviews with external candidates and with hiring managers.
Arrange and manage the job posting process, tracking of candidates and administer candidate reference checks.
Keep company HR tracking system records up to date.
Assist with and help facilitate the new hiring process.
General administration connected to new recruits, faxes, filing, etc.
Adhoc projects as required.
Diary management, travel arrangements and expenses (connected).
Candidate Profile
Must have two years (minimum) experience in a similar role.
Fluent in English plus another European language is a plus.
Has previous experience at working in a fast pace environment.
Strong knowledge and skills in MS word, Excel, Applicant tracking System.
Ability to build strong business and working relationships.
Self motivated, go getter!
Loyal and discreet when dealing with confidential matters.
BSc/BA Degree.
Detail orientated, strong organisational skills.
Has experience in working in an large international environment.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, good time management.
