Job Summary
Responsible for the following:
• To produce ISO quality technical documents
• To be able to be a project manager
• To be able to produce training manuals
Job Functions
• To document all needed processes within the department
• To produce technical documentation
• Project management
• To produce training material / guide for department’s cross training activity
• To publish the documents in an online library
Requirements
Degree in IT / Computer Science or other relevant qualification
2 years working experience in IT/Telecommunications related field.
Ability to use Microsoft Project , Acrobat and Office Suite.
Fluent in :
- English (Written / Spoken)
- Bahasa Malaysia (Written/Spoken)

Skills Required:: |
Able to work effectively under pressure with limited supervision and minimal resources.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
A good team player with excellent work ethics, dependable and responsible.
