Our global client is the leader for customer relationship management (CRM). They convey the most innovative technology and making it as easy as possible to share and manage business information. Their solutions combine purpose, proven integration, point-and-click customisation. The Sales Engineer is responsible for presenting our client’s products to their prospective and established clients by removing all technical discords in the sales cycle.
Job Profile
The chosen candidate will support the pre-sales efforts of the small and general business teams. It will also include the following tasks:
Understanding the needs of the small businesses and translating those needs into a demonstration of our clients technical and product capabilities.
Proven track ability to work with a large volume of prospects and customers.
Understand the needs and establish our client as the best solution by addressing the prospects specific requirements and present customised demonstrations.
Present our client’s technology infrastructure, including demonstrating profound knowledge with our client’s hardware, software, networking and security stack.
Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.
Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
Respond effectively to RFP’s.
Candidate Profile
The chosen candidate must speak fluent English as well as Spanish and/or Italian:
Bsc. In Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience.
Three positions: 1 x UK/Ireland, 1 x Spanish and 1 x Italian markets.
Previous experience as a sales engineer for a CRM company.
Knowledge of related enterprise applications, relational database and web technology.
Basic programming experience in HTML and other web based technologies.
Fluent in English. Must have solid oral, written, presentations and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment.
Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments.
Ability to travel domestically.
Must live locally. |
