Our International client needs professionals who are able to provide structure in a continuously changing environment and find a balance between strategic development and the ability to execute.
They are looking for a Senior HR Development Specialist to further strengthen their global HR department as a global center of excellence and increase the service level to different regions by designing and implementing key processes and tools relating to assessment, competency profiling, performance leadership and coaching & mentoring.
Job Profile
The position is generally responsible for the design, proposal, implementation and management of processes and tools in support of our clients global talent management initiatives.
More specifically these are to:
Build global competency modeling structure and content as well as interface with assessment and development processes.
Set up assessment framework integrating existing tools with new to be developed tools to best support new performance and development processes.
Set up global coach/mentor network and provide key management to participants.
Support cultural shift from management to leadership values by emphasising new performance leadership approach and tool set.
Contribute to HR Development function strategy using detailed insight in own area of expertise.
Candidate Profile
You find it exciting to be part of a process involving global roles, various stakeholders and complex frameworks.
You should meet the following requirements:
Ideally Masters degree in Psychology or Human Sciences.
At least 5 years of proven experience within your field.
Specialist in assessment, competency and performance leadership models and associated psychometrics.
Preferably international experience.
