BOH Product Manger
Are you a Product Manager looking for a new and rewarding opportunity?
Our client are market leaders in the Online Gaming Industry and are looking for an experienced BOH Product Manager to join their team in Gibraltar.
You will be joining the world’s leading online gaming company, playing a pivotal role in the development and roll-out of our products and ensuring we keep ahead of our competition.
Job Purpose
As part of the Product Department this person will provide management to the business, in the determination of requirements and functional specification definition for Finance, Reporting and particularly Marketing & CRM product systems.
The BOH Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales and marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.
The Product Manager is expected to:
1. Define the product strategy and roadmap
2. Be an expert with respect to the competition
3. Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
4. Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
5. Develop sales tools and collateral
6. Propose an overall budget to ensure success
7. Brief and train the sales force at sales meetings
8. Act as a leader within the company
Relationships
Subordinates: Finance & Reporting Product Supervisor
Reporting to: Head of Product
Required experience and knowledge
1. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager
2. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
5. Excellent teamwork skills
6. Good analytical skills
7. Good project management/ coordinator skills
8. Good people management
9. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
10. Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
11. Experience in the gaming industry is advantageous
Our client offers a bonus, healthcare and a very competitive salary.
Salary: £45K - £60K
