Job Profile
Are you Native German, Swedish, French, Italian or Spanish? living in or close to the Amsterdam area? Have you got a friendly and inviting personality and enjoy helping people in a technical role? This role requires advanced installing/troubleshooting of networking technologies.
You will acquire the title of Level 2 or 3 technical support Representative, and you will maintain the SLA (Service Level Agreement) indicated by the company, assisting customers in your native geographic location in a professional and competent manor.
The role will require you to answer various advanced network related questions, for that reason you will need to have proven experience in a technical support role, you will attend an client training that will be on going, teaching you the products and services of the client so that you will be prepared to give excellent and professional support.

Requirements
