Offshore Recruiting Specialist
Dubai
Candidates must have offshore oil & gas experience.
Major tasks are implementation, administration and management of Offshore oil & gas operations; recruitment and management process.
Be capable of conducting and arranging candidate interviews; maintain and ensure all manpower terms of hire comply with contract terms and conditions.
Ensure contractor medical records and checkups are up-to-date; coordinate operations of offshore contract personnel with respect to expenses, medical check ups, employee records and training.
Co-ordinate with Human Resources and Offshore Management regarding start of successful candidates.
Ensure that all training records for contractors are current.
Provide technical evaluation regarding manpower bids; review of manpower vendors documents, oversee execution and administration.
Provide yearly manpower budgetary cost to management
Qualification
Recognized human resources qualification and at least five years experience in offshore operations in the oil and gas industry, preferably with recent experience recruiting technical personnel.
Ability to work independently; be self-motivated and demonstrate a high degree of initiative with demonstrated ability to work with tight schedules.
Expat candidates will be paid in US$: offered relocation assistance; transit accommodation, shipment of personal effects, schooling assistance, annual leave air fares, per diem plus housing allowance.
Be a team player with ability to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communIcate with offshore supervisors and managers; operations management and onshore support groups.
Must be fluent in English both spoken and written: computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite.
