As a result of its European expansion, Funmobile is searching for young, dynamic and motivated employees for its Customer Care Service.
The Customer Care Agent main responsibilities will be providing help for all customer requests, queries and complaints in a customer friendly way by:
• Providing first line support, answering incoming calls and mails by giving correct information in an acceptable timescale.
• Contacting clients by telephone and providing them with satifsying solutions, in case written support is not sufficient. Analyzing all customer requests and providing adequate solutions, so that all occurring problems are solved.
• Searching for a solution for all problems.
• Creating loyal clients by delivering good service.
• Giving feedback to create new possibilities and develop tactics and activities to make the business grow.

Skills Required:: |
• A first experience in customer service, sales support or commercial support is an asset.
• Able to work in English and one of any languagues mentioned above
• Friendly and customer oriented person, you have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• You are a flexible and result oriented worker, dynamic and motivated.
• You have knowledge of most current computer-software (Outlook, MSN, ...). |
