Job Description:
The senior recruiting role has the important job of recruiting talent across all of Freeborder’s business units. Responsibility includes but not limited to conducting world-class sourcing, searching, screening, interviewing, recruiting and accessing for outstanding candidates for assigned positions.
Responsibilities
• Be accountable to fulfill responsible business unit's hiring with quality by required time line
• Lead location level recruitment projects
• Understand business resource plan and recruiting requirement
• Define target recruitment group and appropriate sourcing channels
• Promote job opportunities
• Screen CVs and conduct initiatory interview
• Advise management team on recruitment guideline, offering proposal

| Skills Required: |
Qualifications
• Leading university graduates with major in IT related or management related.
• 3+ years’ recruitment experience in multinational company in IT industry.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
• Software application development technical knowledge and experience preferable.
• Analytical thinking, reliable work quality, proactive working style, good team player.
• Good judgment and a strong work ethics.
• Headhunter or Agency experience is a plus.
• Basic decision-making and problem-solving skills required.
• Bachelors Degree in HRM, Business Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related discipline.
