| Job Description: |
1.Responsible for preparing, organizing and writing specifications from architectural project drawings, reviewing and approving drawing submittals, along with developing cost estimates.
2.Responsible for organizing and running technical teams to complete large scale technically complex projects.
3.To oversee multiple teams, and plan, direct, and supervise aspects of reports for projects.
4.Review team’s construction documents for technical and graphic accuracy.
5.Act as a project management resource for team leaders.
6.Develop and conduct training seminars, technical work shops for staff.
7.Project Management & Team Coordination as owner’s representative.
8.Act as a project management resource for team leaders along with being responsible for due diligence, construction documentation preparation, supervision and review of technical teams.
9.To meet with and give presentations to clients and design committees as & when required.
10.To oversee project budgets, schedules and quality control.
11.Review of design plans and peer review for construction documents at key phases.
12.Supervision of team through design, technical coordination and documentation.
13.To evaluate upcoming projects & prepare proposals for prospective clients ensuring all required criteria covered.
14.To ensure client satisfaction and recurring business from the existing clients. Also ensure that each studio allocated is profitable.
15.To handhold new clients for smooth transition from Business Development stage.

Skills Required:: |
•Bachelors in Architecture or higher with a minimum of 10 years work experience.
•Professional Licensure.
•Extensive knowledge of all aspects of professional services from marketing through project close-out, including design and technical expertise.
•A comprehensive understanding of the coordination aspects and related requirements of all design disciplines.
•Ability to motivate others and develop teamwork; excellent writing and speaking skills and strong organizational skills.
•Ability to work well with others under deadline situations. Very detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
