SoftAssist is a nationally recognized learning and training company located in King of Prussia. We have an immediate need for a full time, permanent Instructional Designer. |
Skills Required:: |
Requirements:
•1 – 2 plus years of experience designing online learning content (second year Master’s student would be acceptable with some prior work experience in training)
•Possess a creative approach to learning designs that will accelerate our existing national reputation
•Familiarity with adult learning theories, an understanding of the latest research in ISD and currency with the latest issues and solutions for adult learning and employee performance
•Excellent writing skills with a strong sense of quality control throughout your work
•Client presentation skills with strong verbal communications
•Technical proficiency with basic computer skills and MS desktop applications (an understanding and introductory level of experience with Flash would be a plus)
