Description:
To lead and drive the sales of the organization by acquiring significant new business and accounts, co-selling with key global and local alliance and business partners
Responsibilities:
· Hiring and mentoring a consultative sales team that will provide a dependable pipeline of sales opportunities
· Acquiring significant new business and accounts
· Profitably growing existing accounts
· Co-selling with key global and local alliance and business partners
· Closing one or two very large deals a year
· Building strong relationships with key internal players, such as finance and legal, to insure that the company is going after profitable business opportunities

Skills Required:: |
Qualifications:
1. BS/BA degree or equivalent
2. Strong knowledge of the IT services marketplace throughout Canada
3. Successfully built and managed profitable sales team
4. Excellent communications skills
5. A track record of working with CxO level clients
6. Strong process and financial management skills
