Position Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Conshochocken, Pa
Reports To: It Manager
Resposiblities: Essential Functions:
-Design, develop and implement applications, digital content using relevant technologies and methodologies in support of custom application development initiatives and proprietary platform implementations
-Produce necessary technical documentation in support of development initiatives
-Work with clients and project team members to develop and document application requirements
-Transform application requirements into high level software designs
-Guide technical direction of specific project or platform implementation
-Act as primary technical liaison between Application Development team members and the project team members
-Participate in project and team meetings as required
-Participate in pre-sales activities which include scoping, discovery and development
-Mentor junior software developers
-Work effectively with client support and project team to resolve implementation issues
-Other accountabilities may be assigned as deemed necessary

Qualifications:
The Senior Software Engineer must have the requisite education, expertise as well as outstanding communication skills. They must have excellent motivational drive, ability to effectively communicate with a diverse audience and desire to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment. Must be self-motivated and adaptable to change.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or closely related field or equivalent work experience
-5+ years of internet application development experience
-Extensive knowledge of internet application development including HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, VBScript, ASP, ASP.Net, VB, VB.Net, SQL
-Experience with Relational Database concepts, design and development
-Experience with SQL Server 2000
-Experience with Flash a plus
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interface with clients.
-Demonstrated ability to lead the development of technical solutions
-Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
-Must be able to work effectively as an individual as well as within a team
