Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 2 months+ contract
Hours: FT and PT available – 7 days/week
Seeking articulate, friendly Client Service Representatives (CSR) who demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills. CSRs will be responsible for placing outbound calls, coordinating enrollment, and transferring calls to appropriate clinical staff.
General Job Description:
• Establish rapport with clients, ask pertinent questions and interpret information to identify client needs.
• Educate current and potential clients on specific services in order to guide client into appropriate services to suit their needs.
• Achieve or exceed individual goals in order to meet department and company objectives and contribute to overall client satisfaction.
• Seek and participate in ongoing training as needed to increase skill level and productivity.
• Enter account information into database with a high degree of accuracy to execute client
requirements, and record account comments on a daily basis in order to maintain accurate records of transaction and capture important client data for measurement.
• Assist fellow team members to accomplish related tasks as needed in order to contribute to the team effort.
• Maintain accuracy on all transactions to ensure audit compliance.
• Adhere to the company attendance policy in order to assist clients and contribute to meeting the department and company goals.
• Perform other duties as requested by department leaders in order to assist Client Service Team in smooth operation of the department and attainment of department goals.

Required Skills:
• Excellent telephone skills, pleasant and friendly manner
• Strong command of the English Language both verbal and written
• Excellent PC and keyboard skills
• Able to work as part of a team
• Able to work quickly and accurately
Desired Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-year of client service or call center experience, technical support experience or the recognized equivalent in a combination of work experience and education.
• Knowledge and interest in veterans affairs
