Your tasks:
- Self-dependent active support service of existing and newly acquired customers
- Development, care, and expansion of long-term customer relationships (key accounts)
- Counsel our customers individually
- Generate monthly customer reports
- Set up banner campaigns for customers and create e-newsletters
- Evaluate banner campaigns and create reports for customers as well as prepare optimization suggestions
- Active sales increase by selling our products as well as efficient customer management, thereby achieve objectives
- Report to VP Sales
- Enter customer data and corrrespondence to CRM
- Continuous care of CRM |
Skills Required:: |
Your profile:
- Successfully completed graduation of economic studies and/or vocational training
- Professional experience in international sales and online advertising
- Self-dependent working habits, flexibility and reliability
- Effective and results-oriented working habits
- Fluent speaker and writer of both German and English (native speakers preferable) and experienced with standard software (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Photoshop etc.)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Friendly manners and poise together with team spirit
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
