Job description:
Through this 12 months trainee program you have the possibility to prove yourself and convince us of your talent as a sales person. Within this training-on-the-job programm you have the unique chance to receive an individual education by experienced executives in sales and marketing. You will be able to make your own first experiences in inividually taking care of key accounts.
Your tasks:
- Active support service of existing and newly acquired customers
- Development, care and expansion of long-term customer relationships
- Self-dependant cold-calling of new customers
- Assist the international sales manager in operational and conceptual tasks
- Perform online presentations with customers
- Enter and continously update customer data and correspondence to CRM
- Do research in our database and evaluate the results |
Skills Required:: |
Your profile:
- Successfully completed graduation of economic studies or vocational training not dated back longer than 2 years
- First experience in customer service and/or sales
- Self-dependent, flexible, self-motivated and reliable working habits
- Fluent speaker and writer of both German and English (native speakers preferable) and experienced with standard software (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Good presentation and communication capabilities
- Friendly manners and poise along with team spirit
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
