Summary of Role:
The primary responsibilities are to find new resources outside of mediaman, like new employees, freelance, Partner companies and outsource partner. In addition, the candidate needs to manage and plan the internal development/training of each member within mediaman. Regular status reports to senior management and discussion about strategic partnerships will be arranged weekly.
Requirements:
We will consider candidates of any age and a minimum experience of 3 years in the field of human resource management. The candidate need to bring following:
