Polish Speaking Customer Service Executive
Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor Manchester X5 £12,500
Our client one of the Worlds Largest Car Hire Company's based in the Heart of Manchester City Centre, are currently seeking x5 experienced customer service advisors to handle inbound customer care calls
You will ensure customers have received their vehicle vouchers
Payments are correctly processed
Enquiries solved within a specfied time
Replying to customers emails
Attending monthly meetings
Working within a lively cosmopolitan environment
Updating inbound customer database
Typing letters
Word Processing
Providing a "one call, does it all" service
In return for your call centre, telephone based customer service experience you will be rewarded with a competitive starting salary of upto £12,500 along with an inbound bonus structure (average earnings £19,000)
As our company have an extensive global customer database the office is open from 8.00am - 9.30pm 7 Days Per Week.
