Due to continued growth of our fashion/retail company in the Middle-East, we have requirement for new Shop Managers and Saleswomen.
We would like to employ people with the relevant experience, however we are flexible and would provide training to the right applicant from a similar background:
Shop Managers:
Job Description:
-Achieve Targeted sales by following the objectives for the month.
-Maximize Sales Opportunities through outstanding customer service.
-Establish ambitious sales objectives for the shop.
-Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor.
-Coach Sales Associates skills to improve sales & service performance.
-Assist Sales Associates in the selling process.
-Conduct weekly sales meetings focusing on product knowledge and the performance of the team motivating them to even greater achievements.

| Skills Required: |
Job Requirements:
-The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a shop management role.
-Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
-Proven organizational and analytical skills.
-A good knowledge of English (Arabic would be a 'plus').
-Candidates must (ideally) have experience in high-end fashion and must have a passion for the fashion and retail industry.
-Someone that is extremely sales and customer focused.
-The successful candidate will be confident and a motivator. |
