Senior Project Manager
Location: London, Heathrow
Department: Licensing / Development
Responsible to: COO Development
Responsible for: Hotel/Casino Property Development Projects
Direct Reports: Project Manager(s)
Relationships: Architects, Designers, Project Management, Operations, 3rd Party Providers
Main Job Function: To manage all Property Development Projects within UK
Relationships: Reporting to the COO Development and working closely with the Licensing, Development and Operations teams.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Planning
• Production of detailed Project Programmes for casinos and hotel/casinos inline with company Proposition Concept
• Budget Control in line with the agreed tender information and specifications
• Timetable Control and adverse event management
• Management of Quantity Surveyors for projects
• Management of Main Contractor for projects
• Coordination with Landlord/Developer Architects
• Negotiating with contracts and other professionals regarding project management
• Ensure that all building regulations are adhered to in line with legislations
• Manage all projects through to implementation
• Ensure that all technical standards are adhered to throughout the various projects
• Attend site meetings as and when appropriate
• Make site visits to check on progress and ensure that projects are running within agreed timescales
• Solve problem that may occur during building
• Coordinating the work of contractors
• Nationwide travel is a key element of this role to be able to fully deliver the Company Vision.

Qualifications:
Experience:
• Experience of working on multi site hotel, leisure or retail projects
• Experience of property project management schemes
• Sound knowledge of building regulations
• Intimate hands on knowledge of popular architecture and design software
• Retail / Hospitality/Leisure background

• Up to £55,000 per annum - Car Allowance £5,500 per annum
