Monthly Package:
6,000 to 7,000 AED (all inclusive) + annual leave and gratuity as per UAE laws
Duties:
- Building construction baseline programs
- Preparing manpower histograms, cash flow, progress S-curves and updating the same
- Updating baseline program and resources as per actual progress on site
- Designing WBS for all line items of the project and the cost-loaded program
- Attending periodic meetings with site personnel, consultants, and client representatives
- Modeling the delay assessment sheets and recovery programs accordingly
- Designing plan for cost structures, resources, and materials net expense
- Running the cost coding work for the requisitions and the invoices and assuring its compatibility with the client budget
- Preparing time extension claims and cost variation claims whenever needed for the project.
Note:
Proficiency in English Language is a must
Candidates with educational certificates other than Civil Engineering are immediately rejected.
