The Arrabelle, located in the heart of the newly developed Vail Square, is a magnificent hotel that sets the standards in luxury alpine resorts. The hotel reflects the romantic heritage and ambiance of the European Alps, which was architecturally inspired by European cities such as Innsbruck, Prague and Salzburg. The Arrabelle features 36 lavish guest rooms averaging 550 square feet each, approximately 50 additional condominium lock-off units, an unparalleled location (it's just steps from Vail's Eagle Bahn gondola), a state-of-the-art RockResorts SpaTM and fitness center, and a variety of first-class amenities ranging from rooftop pools to fine-dining restaurants to ski and boot valets. Scheduled to open in 2007-2008 winter, The Arrabelle offers an unforgettable luxury resort experience that guests will want to enjoy time and time again.
Summary of Position:
Guest Floor Concierges (Butlers) are on duty 24 hours daily. Guest Floor Concierges (Butler) offer the highest level of personalized and tailored service. They eagerly fulfill known and unknown wishes by building a genuine, discreet and caring rapport with each guest. The Guest Floor Concierge proactively but discreetly offers the services of a Personal Assistant, Personal Concierge and Butler. Particular attention is paid to children and the Guest Floor Concierge (Butler) easily can relate to children of all ages. He/she is the primary contact for the guests during their stay and he/she coordinates the services desired with the Chef Concierge (for any restaurant bookings, Vail Valley activities, transportation requirements, babysitting requirements, ski school arrangements etc), Front Desk (for guest room related services except Housekeeping), Housekeeping (for daily services, turndown services, laundry and valet services, maintenance services etc), In Room Dining and Ski Valet. Guest Floor Concierge pantries are available on each floor and offer a computer, telephone, dishwasher, ice machine, shelves, a large notice board and other necessary tools/equipment.
