Responsibilities
establish and outline detailed project scope and objectives
Appraisal of client needs translating these into documented briefs.
Technical co-ordination of landscape architecture with work of other disciplines
Preparation of Concept Designs, Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, Tender Documentation and Site Inspections within project timelines and budget constraints.
Adherence to my clients Quality Management standards
Responsible for Review, co-ordination and checking of all deliverables to ensure quality, correctness and accuracy of their own work and project team outputs
Requirements
Minimum Degree Qualified in Landscape Architecture with 3 years experience post qualification.
Have excellent design and manual graphic skills and a sound working knowledge of CAD (AutoCad) and graphics programmes .
Experience in landscape design, documentation, detailing and construction of landscape projects including soft and hardscape.
Familiar with design, tender and construction processes specifically related to landscape projects.
Knowledge of British Standards or ability to accumulate required applicable knowledge.
Honest and ethical in all dealings.
