Job Purpose:
Responsible for ensuring all installations and ongoing service and support to customers is provided in a timely and professional manner across North America.
Duties:
1. Ensure all installations are completed on time and in accordance with all relevant specifications and documentation.
2. Provide first, second and third level support to all customers responding either via telephone or client visits.
3. Responsible for providing routine maintenance and planned service of TNA machines in accordance with schedules.
4. Provide training to customers in relation to use and care of machines.
5. Assist mechanical engineers with customization through product trial.
6. Work with project engineers in lead up to installation to ensure correct layouts and documentations have been received.

Skills Required:: |
Written and verbal communication in Spanish & English, customer relations, ability to work and communicate in a global team, multi tasking. Experience in equipment manufacturing or food processing industry. Knowledge in CNC a plus.
