| Job Description: |
This position is responsible for ensuring all stock levels in the region are maintained at adequate levels, and providing timely and professional support to customers at all times.
1. Ensure stock levels are maintained to adequate levels.
2. Liaising with Melbourne, Australia to order and track stock requirements through international shipping companies.
3. Process order requests for spare parts from customers.
4. Ensure invoices are forwarded to customers in a timely and accurate fashion.
5. Ensure parts are delivered to customers on time and through cost effective strategies.
6. Maintain effective stock control records.
7. Other duties as required by TNA North America.
8. Ensure compliance with local customs regulations for materials and equipment.

Skills Required:: |
•Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English (written, verbal & computer literacy).
•Able to respond and work with customers at all levels.
•Be a self starter, that can work both autonomously and as part of a team
•Ensures a collaborative approach and is able to seek and listen to feedback across all areas of the business.
•Able to multi task and work under pressure.
