Create and analyze Training Reports to support setting of learning and development strategy. Define and support all aspects of Training data collection processes and inputs for multiple training initiatives and working with multiple database and other applications to input and extract data. Define report formats and KPIs to drive and measure training business impact. Responsible for multiple application support, troubleshooting, trainer on boarding, and customer service to internal/external clients/vendors. This includes implementation, improvement & maintenance. Help manage department budget. Must be able to perform with little or no supervision.

| Skills Required: |
Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Matrix used for data analysis.
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft, Power Point, ARIES, Lotus Notes
- Advanced Knowledge of E-Learning, Database concepts and processes and leads miscellaneous projects. |
