Website Optimisation Analyst
Our Client is a dynamic and innovative new online gaming operator, with offices in Gibraltar and Spain. We are looking to recruit a Website Optimisation Analyst to join a core team of analytical specialists.
Your main role will be to improve the functionality and usability of the website. Key metrics are:
(1) Converting visitors into registered users
(2) Converting registered users into depositors
You will take ownership of all areas of website optimisation and usability that will have a direct impact on maximising these two key metrics. As the websites analytical expert, you will become the companys main source of knowledge in these areas. You will also be responsible for testing new and improved features on the site from conception, through execution and you will be expected to be able to analyse the results and make recommendations.
You will also be required to monitor competitor offerings and use this knowledge to help drive website and communication performance improvements.
Essential Criteria:
Experience of using web statistics software such as Web Trends, HBX or Google Analytics
Ability to understand and manipulate the data that is generated from these tools
Ability to draw intelligent conclusions from the data, and make recommendations
Experience of website functionality design and user testing
Some knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, Web Browsers etc.
Some experience of competitor analysis
Analytical skills a strong numerate background
Ability to work across business functions; with the web/IT teams as well as the content and marketing teams.
Of gradulate caliber with an IT, Statistics or Business-related degree, and some commercial online experience.
A strong interest in online gaming

Communication in English
Team Working
Self-starter someone who is able to work on their own initiative
Attention to detail
Structured, organised and professional way of working
Strong analytical ability / logical thinker and passion for data
