Project experience: Power Plant projects
The Position:
Reporting to the Project Manager and responsible for supervising the procurement and administration department and to lead, manage and support all pre and post contract commercial activities for the project.
Overall financial, contractual and legal control
Responsible for all Accounting and Financial data reporting to the Regional and Head Office.
Supervise the Finance and Administration departments of the Construction Project.
Maximise Profit and Cash.
Set Commercial strategy.
Implement company's commercial policies.
Timely settlement of final accounts.
Timely production and settlement of claims
Preparation of Financial reports.
Ensure the adequate staffing of the project and support the overall administration of the project.
Form relationships with Client/Consultant/Supply Chain/Regional Staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
At least 5 years of experience
Sound knowledge of Accounting.
Computers skills
Good command of English language
Salary /Package:
