dairyfoodprofessionals is currently in search of a Dairy Quality Control Manager for a Large Dairy Manufacturing Facility located in U.A.E. Qualified candidates MUST be Bachelor or Masters in Dairy technology or Dairy Microbiology , and have 5-10 years relevant QA/QC Management experience in a dairy manufacturing facility. We are currently seeking a professional to oversee food safety and product quality programs. Would prefer min 5 years experience in quality management with hands-on experience in implementing and managing GMP, HACCP and overall QA systems. The Quality Control Manager must be a team player who has solid working knowledge of food regulatory programs. Excellent written and oral skills are required. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for Setting up plant HACCP programs. Establishing and working in accordance with GMP's. Food safety. Quality auditing (internal required, external a plus). Developing product specifications. Implementing and assure adherence to Auditing standards. This is an excellent position offering a Great Base Salary, Benefits, Bonus and Relocation packages for highly qualified candidates. Knowledge of Dubai Municipality rules and regulations preferred.
