Brief Job Description:
Responsible for providing vocational instruction to students in accordance with approved curricula in compliance with government and management directives. Provide students with basic direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction. Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits. Implement lessons. Maintain progress and attendance reports. Promote development of positive social skills through modeling appropriate behaviors and intervening when inappropriate behaviors are observed.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience with youth, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Valid teaching NY teaching certificate. One year related experience is required. |
