struggling with some of the terminology we’re using, and wonder why some words are capitalized, then you’re probably We are looking to recruit a CSS coder to help us develop clean, Accessible code. You don’t need a great CV, or lots of commercial experience, but you do need some examples of excellent, validated code on reasonable sized projects. If you are not the right person.
We’d like to see half a dozen or so tableless designs that work across all browsers etc.
You also have to be as good as Peter and Fiona at managing your own workload and meeting deadlines.
On top of this, you won’t fit in unless you;
• Get projects finished long before deadlines
• Get a bit too excited about new technologies
• Impose systems on yourself
• Find solutions
• Are willing to justify your suggestions for a better solution
• Understand that sometime the client just doesn’t “your” solution
• Do the details
• Understand what marketing is and why design is important
