My client is a premier developer and publisher of entertainment software. Their company is one of the most popular and well-respected makers of role playing computer games.

The Role
Countries to work with: Europe
Coordinates with: US Head Office and with the UK Web Design Editorial Team
A. Mission
Development of web applications for our web sites and intranet (Java, JSP/Servlet, J2EE) using various frameworks
Database development (Oracle, PL/SQL)
Tool development (Java, Eclipse framework, SWT)
Additional tool development (C/c++/c#, Flash )
B. Personal Qulifications
A strong motivation & high level of commitment
Excellent relationship and teamwork skills
Autonomy and rigor
C. Technical Skills & Background
2 or 3 years of previous experience in software and web developments
Strong knowledge of frameworks for web developments (Spring, Struts)
Strong knowledge of GUI programming (SWT, Swing)
Strong knowledge of Oracle database programming (Pl/SQL)
Strong knowledge of Apache/Tomcat
Good knowledge of all internet related technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, Flash, JavaScript and the like)
Good knowledge in script development (PHP, MySQL, ASP/ASPX, Flash ActionScript)
Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments
D. Language
Fluent in English - sole language requirement
Able to work in a multi-lingual environment
E. Citizenship
Any nationality not requiring a VISA
Must be a European Passport Holder
F. Travel and Relocation
Must be willing to relocate
Must be willing to the companys head office in the United States, must the need the opportunity arise
