Key Responsibilities:
· Support hiring leaders throughout the recruiting process, develop recruiting plans, and fulfill the hiring needs for leadership, professional, and IT technical candidates in addition to working closely with the Regional HR Business Partners and Regional Leadership Team in all matters regarding hiring.
· Insure the quality and effectiveness of the newly hired employees by implementing strategies to identify, attract and hire high quality employees for company hiring to the company’s core profile of leadership competencies and devise/implement strategies to recruit a diverse population of employees.
· Utilize a variety of sources such as the internet, networking, employee referrals, and job postings to identify candidates and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates based on the high demand skill sets of our hiring leaders and hiring to the Company’s core profile of leadership competencies through behavioural interviewing techniques.
· Maintain the Recruiting Tracking System (Resumix) in a real time basis and ensure that there is quality data in each profile. Ensure file completeness and quality control standards for files are met. Participate and gather information and data for internal audits.
· Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization - from individual professionals to senior leaders.
· Answer candidates’ questions about the recruiting process and providing an understanding of the overall Company’s Benefit Plan

| Skills Required: |
· Proficient in Japanese language
· 3+ years of successful recruiting experience in placing leadership, professional, and IT technical positions.
· Full Internet recruiting capabilities and expertise.
· Strong behavioural interviewing experience.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong team player.
· Knowledge of legalities associated with the recruiting process within the region and/or country
· Strong communication skills required - English
· Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
· Exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of the organization
