| Job Description: |
One of Santa Barbara's fastest growing companies, is seeking a Workforce Analyst to join its team.
The Workforce Analyst will proactively forecast the Company's call center activity, instructing the V.P. of Customer Contact of the required staff for its two call centers maximizing staff productivity, efficiencies and budgetary requirements. Candidate will build a history of data for analytical purposes as well as monitor and present business critical information to Call Center Managers and Senior Managers within the North & South. They will also apply recommendations and solutions on an ongoing basis supported by the Care Center Managers.
Qualifications include:
•Experience in forecasting and analysis in Retail and Direct Selling environment
•BA/BS with emphasis in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related fieldExcel skills
•Excellent computer skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Excellent problem solving skills
•Ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment
•Must excel in area of managing competing demands of a dynamic workload by effectively organizing and arranging available resources to meet the department’s objectives.
•Flexible – able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
•Bilingual Spanish a plus but not essential.
