VAM SYSTEMS urgently looking for Sr Technical Support Engineers for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill Set required:
Graduate in Electronics/Telecommunications with 5-6 years of after sales support experience in Enterprise communication industry.
Must have gained thorough exposure in the implementation of voice systems. PABX system, voice call management, specializing in contact center hardware and software, CTI applications, IVR & value added applications working for a reputed organization. At least 2 years of exp in leading project team.
Exposure to VOIP VOWLAN & work experience on Alcatel data & voice systems will be for sure advantage.
In-depth expertise in the implementation & troubleshooting at LAN/WAN networks System.
Hands on technical knowledge on data networks.
In-depth expertise in the implementation, analysis, optimization, troubleshooting and documentation of LAN/WAN networks System.
Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams to ensure success Track record for diagnosing complex problems and consistently delivering effective solutions.
Experience in administration, maintenance & implementation of Cisco IPT solution.
Candidates having ACSE/ACFE (Alcatel certification) MCSE, CCNP, Cisco voice certifications & related experience are preferred.
Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams to ensure success Track record for diagnosing complex problems and consistently delivering effective solutions.
Deliverables
Install, test, administer and commission advanced VoIP communication systems (Alcatel & Cisco contact centers.
Install, test & commission LAN/WAN networks
Prepare site documents & train system administrators
Work as project engineer /supervisor/project lead / for customer satisfaction.
Integration to the third party voice mails, calls billing & unified messaging systems
Training system administrators & end users.
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of routed & switched Enterprise Networks, while implementing various networking protocols and standards along with Firewall for security.
Configuring Layer2 / 3 Switches with virtual routers along with QoS, LAN Failure methods (VRRP/ HSRP) & Load Balancing.
Configuring, deploying and troubleshooting Wireless Networks. Supporting wireless setup with various levels of security (802.1x. WEP.WPA etc) across routed networks.
