Our Client is a world-leading financial services company, advising clients in all aspects of finance, around the world, around the clock.
As a Relationship Manager(German) you actively cultivate your network of contacts to introduce new clients to the Bank. You provide comprehensive financial advice to your clients and sell the appropriate products and services.
Major responsibilities
Acquire new clients and actively cultivate contacts to achieve demanding acquisition and income targets
Collaborate with specialists to develop investment proposals
Requirements
A large existing client base of international high net worth clients with a base in Southern Spain, Algarve, Gibraltar etc
A strong ability proven to develop business from own network of introducers
Able to communicate in the language of your clients, good command of English
Languages English is the office language so needs to be able to contribute at presentations, meetings etc
Ability to communicate professionally in the language of their clients
Experience Say 5+ years as an RM
Significant experience advising clients on investments & wealth management
Must be able to bring High Net Worth clients of equiv GBP 30m in 1st 12/18 months
(min client size £0.4mio, average £1mio)
Has to have a network to bring in new clients on an ongoing basis
Ability Has to meet stretching targets
1) By acquiring new clients year on year (as an indication only: net new assets of GBP 15mio)
2) Creating income by managing client portfolios every year
Office Will need to travel into Gibraltar office at least 1, 2 days a week
Or based here full time
Their Market Could be anywhere on Costa del Sol (ie Gibraltar to Nerja),
Portugal, Costa de la Luz, or in Gibraltar
Possibly other areas of Spain

Strategy as our clients have a link to the local area we can respond immediately - in person
Unique Selling we are the only Bank in Gibraltar with an in-house Investment Office who manage client inv portfolios
Point other Banks are led by Switzerland, London etc but we make the decisions here
these investment guys are also available to be close to clients & directly support RMs
