Monitoring NMS using Huawei iManager N2000 Fixed Network Integrated Management System. Line profile creation and management
Configurations of ADSL and G.SDSL on Cisco Routers (Cisco 828, 837 & 2600 Series Routers).Frame-relay configuration on Cisco Routers. Create VPN tunnels on Cisco routers. Troubleshooting of DSL Modems. Installations and Trouble shooting of ISDN connectivity. Provide support for the client and troubleshoot their internet and connectivity issues. Monitoring and maintenance of Snmp & Nms machines for Radio links.24x7 Client End Support in Shifts basis
Network Administration / Support: WAN:

Work on G.Shdsl Modem: Ctc Union, Tainet, IMARC (DSL 9788 Router)
Work on Wifi: Dlink, Linksys, Net-gear, Buffalo WMR-G54, ZyXEL (Prestige 661HW Advanced Security and Mobility), Belkin 125 ADSL2+ Speed Modem Router.
Lan:
Tcp/ip using 10/100BASE-T switched Ethernet technology on 3COM networking equipment. Familiar with Network cable standards and testing methodology. Oversaw installation of Ethernet cabling and hardware in new office facility with clients to provide technical support in different network environments related to Internet services like Mail and Proxy/Firewalls.
Operating Systems :
Client Side: MS Dos 6.22, Windows 95, 98, NT Workstation, W2k Professional XP.
Must be proficient in using the following Operating Systems:
Windows 2000 Advance Server, Windows Server 2003, Linux 7.1, 7.3, 9.0.
