| Job Description: |
1. Develop training curriculum and directions and develop policies which align with the Company’s service driven culture
2. Assess training and development needs and provide solutions
3. Manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities
4. Develop corporate curriculum of measurable culture building initiatives and create management and employee development training programs incorporating training best practices
5. Oversee the implementation of corporate training programs
Requirements:
Gaming experience is preferred for this position
1. Degree in Instructional Design, Training Management, Hotel Management or related discipline
2. More than 10 years experiences in Training and Development, including corporate level. Hotel pre-opening, Macau or PRC experiences a definite advantage
3. Demonstrated success in training program development and implementation in areas of excellent customer service.
4. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skill with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate across the company
5. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua a plus, written skills mandatory
6. Energetic, flexible and able to embrace a fast paced working environment, and willing to travel
7. Experience in industry with paramount importance in service culture |
